what if I don’t have answers to the three core questions?
no problem! we’ll use the first part of the workshop to develop good answers. we strive to give you an actionable marketing plan regardless. if you need more time, we recommend booking a follow-up session for additional support.
is my data secure throughout this process?
yes. we use a mixture of ai solutions (most notably openai). each has been publicly confirmed to not train on or use your data in any way. we delete all of your content and data that we receive upon completion of the workshop. we also offer an optional nda to protect both us and you in a legally binding document.
how will i receive my marketing plan?
once we are finished processing the conversation, we will send our deliverables within 24 hours to the email address used to signup for the workshop.
how does the ai assistant work?
through this workshop, we provide a custom ai tool available inside chat gpt. it is given an exhaustive amount of content to help you brainstorm ideas, answer business questions, and refine your strategy. we will send you a link to your assistant in the email with your marketing plan. we can also customize the assistant further upon request.
what about cancellations?
all bookings require payment within 24 hours to secure the appointment. if payment is not received, the appointment will be canceled automatically. cancellations made by the client directly can be made in the confirmation email and are treated as follows:
more than 24 hours before the scheduled time = full refund
less than 24 hours before the scheduled time = 50% refund or credit toward a future session
less than 2 hours before the scheduled time/no-shows = charged full amount
rescheduling is allowed once without penalty if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled event.
